An introduction to massage utilizing a variety of techniques to relieve the tension of commonly over-stressed areas and improve circulation. Client remains fully clothed. Similar to a seated chair massage but done on the massage table.

Experience pure luxury with the fluid motion of Swedish massage. Increases circulation of the entire body while relaxing sore and tired muscles and joints.

A blend of deep muscle therapy and Swedish massage are used on specific areas of tension. Combined with stretching to promote deeper relaxation and freedom of movement.

Gentle massage techniques are applied to relieve back pain and leg cramping while improving circulation for the prenatal mom. For the new mom, our postpartum massage not only helps restore the physical body, but provides a time to relax.

More than just a foot rub! A thorough massage concentrating on the reflex points to balance the negative energy which causes stress. Stretching, range of motion, compression and Swedish massage are used.

• 60 minutes for $80

Hot stones soothe and distress both muscles and fascia... cooled stones re-invigorate your system. Skilled hands kneed your body into a state of bliss.

• 90 minutes for $100

This specialty massage combines energy work with pressure and gentle rocking motions. A variety of stretches and joint manipulation will leave your muscles totally relaxed.

Massage, acupressure or craniosacral modalities – each of these specific methods for clearing the energy blockages, the stresses and the high-wire tensions that make many headaches happen.

Healing energy channeled through the therapist/Reiki practitioner's hands. Hands-on. Can be done while client is fully clothed but then no gel can be used. Combination of Reiki and therapeutic or relaxing massage techniques. To be discussed with therapist/Reiki practitioner.
